Preparation of documentation
In accordance with the requirements of the standards EN ISO 3834, EN 1090-1.2, we develop a complete package of documentation for the implementation of the project, including plans for ensuring and controlling the quality of welding works.
You will receive the package of documents:
Quality documents
Assignment of tasks and responsibilities for the project, considering fulfillment grade: EXC2, EXC3 and EXC4.
Quality assurance plan
Technological instructions, detailed work instructions, documents for ensuring the safety of work.
Fulfillment documents
Information about manufacturing and installation process, and information about the finished structure.

Preparing WPS
All technological documentation, including WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), is prepared before starting of work. Our specialist can prepare the entire set of technical documentation.
Confirm WPQR
There are situations when it is necessary to perform welding work, but the performers have not WPQR (Welding Procedure Approval ).
