Preparation of documentation
Every construction project cannot be realized without welding. For its organization and conduct, preparing executive documentation is required. Specially trained engineers are entitled to do so.
In accordance with the requirements of the standards EN ISO 3834, EN 1090-1.2, we develop a complete package of documentation for the implementation of the project, including plans for ensuring and controlling the quality of welding works.
You will receive the package of documents:
Quality documents
Assignment of tasks and responsibilities for the project, considering fulfillment grade: EXC2, EXC3 and EXC4.
Quality assurance plan
Technological instructions, detailed work instructions, documents for ensuring the safety of installation work.
Fulfillment documents
Information about manufacturing and installation process, and information about the finished structure.
Additional services
Preparing WPS, including for out-of-scope work
All technological documentation, including WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), is prepared before starting of work. Our specialist can prepare the entire set of technical documentation.
As appropriate, if the out-of-scope work occurs at the facility, our specialist will prepare pWPS and WPS for these types of work.
